The Client/Server Developer Master Certificate Program focuses on some
of today's hottest technologies: Visual Basic 6, Active Server Pages,
Internet Information Server, ActiveX, as well as rock-solid standards
like HTML and JavaScript. Employment opportunities for an individual armed

The "Client/Server Developer" program consists of four major
sections:
Programming concepts, techniques, and client-side modeling architecture using Visual Basic 6.0.
Database development and programming using Oracle, the de-facto in relational database management systems.
Real-world application development focusing on server-side data access using proven coding techniques and ActiveX technologies.
Web development using HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, and Active Server Pages.
This Web Development module focuses on the back-end development. In these classes, students will learn the JavaScript programming language and how to incorporate their scripts to make their web pages more dynamic. SQL will offer the language that will allow them to extract data from databases. Finally, students will also learn Allaire ColdFusion to develop rapid interactive applications for the web.
